Cooper and I were trying to figure out how all these people get such good pictures for their facebook profile... so we experimented and Cooper HELPED A LOT!

Everything is so cute, You, the boys, the Halloween decor...way to go! Okay, so now to get down to business, that is too bad about your foot. I always run in orthotics and I love it. It will help your feet, knees, back... everything! Way to go on the 13.1! I am so excited!!! Stretch that foot and ice it, the night boot should help too. I hope you are okay! Love the pix. You guys must have bought the same pumpkin carving kit we did. We just got done doing ours. Josh did the wolves and I did the cat. Zander still takes his underwear off. We find him laying in bed naked daily. Hope all is going well. Love ya!
